The rates listed below are plus a 12% sales and tourist tax.  Nightly rates have a three night minimum.    Rates quoted are for up to four people...$6 extra per person per night charge for up to 6 people.  We accept one small dog for a $50 one time pet fee charge.

Holidays of Memorial and Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year have three night minimums and rates of $125 per night or $795 per week plus tax.

 

A $200 deposit or 20% of your total rental fee is required to confirm a reservation.  We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
